We'll start with the FREE first:

In most communities the private schools get support from local businesses in exchange for getting some exposure at the school through a banner, within the year book, on school flyers and more.

To carry that same idea over the the Internet, we've created a program that we call the SPONSOR MANAGER and it allows you to put supporting business card advertisements automatically into the school's website.  It is done by selecting from many locations in the system where the card is to go on the website, clicking upload and that's it.  When this is used in exchange for a small donation, your system can actually become a revenue generator for the school.

Imagine that... an enterprise quality system to automate most of the school, unlimited FREE support from our company, setup to fundraise and you may not even have to pay for the system... we think that's pretty cool.

You have about 20 locations available inside the system without rotation of the business banners... if you rotate them you will have much more space and can sell many more for the school.

Now we'll show you the investment part now:

The system investment is based on the number of faculty members you have and the number of them that are showing through the school's directory.

  • The one-time setup fee is $2.99 per faculty member in the school with a minimum of 100

  • The minimum monthly license rate is $49.95 (includes up to 25 custom domain names)

  • The per faculty monthly member rate is $1.25 up to 200 then $0.75 per faculty member

So what does this mean for your school by size?

> 50 Faculty members = one-time setup fee of $299.00 (100 Minimum)

    - Monthly total per month would be $49.95 + 50 members * $1.25 = $112.45 (about $0.65/hr when divided by 171 hrs a mo.)

> 100 Faculty members = one-time setup fee of $299.00

    - Monthly total per month would be $49.95 + 100 members * $1.25 = $174.95 (about $1.02/hr when divided by 171 hrs a mo.)

> 500 Faculty members = one-time setup fee of $1495.00

    - Monthly total per month would be $49.95 + 500 members * $0.75 = $375.00 (about $2.19/hr when divided by 171 hrs a mo.)

  • Setup cost: $299.00 divided by 10 sponsors is one time donation of $29.90

  • Monthly recurring cost is $112.45 divided by 10 sponsors is $9.37 per month to have their business advertised on the school's beautiful website.
